Homeless Connect is coordinated by Homeward Trust Edmonton. Homeward Trust is a community based organization which provides resources and leadership to ending homelessness in Edmonton.
Homeward Trust works in conjunction with the wider community to put on Homeless Connect and our thanks go to all the agencies that support Homeless Connect.
